With over 20 years of experience in plumbing, we are Gas Safe Registered (that’s the officially recognised body that replaced CORGI in 2009). This means we are qualified and accredited to work safely and legally on all makes of domestic natural gas boilers, cookers, and other gas appliances in the home.
The vast majority of our work is carried out after a free estimate has been supplied, which will be available to you within 48 – 72 hours of our visiting your property. Our set charges, however, are as follows:
First hour of service (call out) - £45 + vat
A Landlord Gas Safety Certificate - £70 + vat
